Our Brewery Origin Story

In 2017, Micah started brewing craft beer at home as a fun hobby with his best friend. Every Friday night, the kitchen would transform into a home brew station, and their nerd group would come over to play games and hang out while the brewing was happening. These Friday night nerd sessions were some of the best memories, and are missed greatly.

In 2019, Micah, and his friend began planning to turn their hobby into a full-blown brewery. They made business plans, visited city hall, and even found a location for their brewery. However, in 2020, the city shut down just as they were set to get the keys to the building. The brewery plans were put on hold while the world navigated the year’s challenges.

Fast forward to 2022, and Micah is determined to make his brewery dream a reality. Micah and Holly start the process over and eventually find the perfect location close to home. In October, they finally get the keys and begin converting the empty space into a functioning brewery.

Micah and Holly’s journey to opening a brewery is a testament to their passion for craft beer and their perseverance in the face of setbacks. It takes a lot of hard work and determination to turn a hobby into a successful business, and Micah and Holly are well on their way.
